Born from a season of rebuilding
Beaded & Balanced wasn't born from a business plan. It was born from a season of rebuilding. After leaving a domestic violence relationship, I set out to rebuild my confidence, reconnect with who I was, and build a life that finally felt peaceful, purposeful, and mine.
I found waist beads in the middle of that healing — and they became something far bigger than jewelry. They helped me reconnect with my body, feel feminine again, and stay grounded through one of the hardest seasons of my life. What started as a fundraiser for my nonprofit became a calling. In 2018, Beaded & Balanced was born.
Seven years later, this business has provided for my four children, given them a front-row seat to what it looks like to build something real, and reached thousands of women around the world. Every set ships with an affirmation. Every piece is made with intention. I was never selling jewelry. I was building a way for women to feel confident, beautiful, grounded — and back in their own bodies.
